This is surely the best small hotel, helpful and very flexible staff, cheap rooms. Food options are fresh!

Very helpful staff. Could leave our bags. Could prepare tea or coffee whenever you want. Balcony in our room.
It was quite far from city center, about 30 min by food. Next time would book something direct in the city center. The bathroom was private but not in the room. There is only one such room in the hotel (with external bath). Be careful when you book it. Windows and balcony not very clean.

The beds were good, nice room, good service and really helpfull!
They say private external bedroom, but actually everyone used it. They should lock it and give you the key so it is really private. The breakfast was nothing special and the hotel was a little hard to find, but for the rest a good Hotel!

Very kind personnel
Right before the trip we got the notice about some mistary tax, that appeared. And when we tried to get the reply from the hotel - no one answered (luckily it was some 6 eur or so)... Breakfast....I Really doubt if I can call "this" a breakfast. In Italy I got to know that they mostly eat a croissant and coffee, but...at least 2 or 3 options to choose....

Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have access to the coffee machine! Clean and bright. Good value for money.
Our 'double' bed was in fact two singles pushed together, so it was a little uncomfortable in the middle!

The room was excellent. It had really very nice and cosy design. There was very clean and bed linen was very fresh and had a wonderdful smell.Even the conditioner worked))The staff was very friendly. It was the cheapest and the best hotel during our trip.
The only thing that slightly disturbed us was the noise from the street, but after sightseeing it was not very important.

The staff here were super helpful and flexible, plus the location is great - you can walk to the city center from here! 🚶♂️ it's super close to both the railway station and the central railway hub, making it really convenient for getting around.

It was fairly close to the sites and downtown core.
The lack of privacy was a little annoying, as well as the absence of staff. We aid the first day and didn't see anyone for the next four days. The buzzer rang all of the time and, when I answered it once after numerous buzzes, it turned out to be someone that was looking to check in. Also, you felt the need to whisper to get a little privacy.

The staff is very kind and responsive. Free Wi-Fi. Good breakfast indeed. Clean room and nice design. Maps, books to read, coffee machine, tea kettle,TV but with Italian channels only. Big room, big bed, conditioner, safe place, close to the Firenze train station!
We can not think of any inconveniences.
